My professional background is anything but straightforward.

I studied journalism at Boston University whole-heartedly convinced I'd break into the radio business, but I wound up spending the bulk of my time working on newspapers. After graduating, I landed a job at neither a radio station nor a newspaper, but at a magazine. There, not only did I write my fair share of stories, but I also planned, produced and edited a weekly video podcast.

I've had the opportunity to experience most of what falls under the "mass communication" umbrella, and dare I say I've enjoyed it all! Although my background is predominantly in media, that doesn't mean my next adventure needs to be.
